If Tap block is done (bilateral abdominis plan) 3:40 to 3:45 and also ( bilateral Rectus sheath) 3:35 to 3:40. Would you charge 64488 2x putting modifier 59/76 on second one? We are discussing in my office 2 believe we can only charge 1 no matter how many and 2 of us believe you can charge it 2x because it was done bilaterally in both areas. thank you

We bill this as 64488 59, 64488 59 51. we also indicate on as a note, that the 2nd is a rectus sheath injection.
Anatomically, it is clearly a separate injection and should be paid separate.
