Tarsometatarsal and Naviculocuneiform arthrodesis

My physician states he completed the following...
1. Left first tarsometatarsal arthrodesis
2. Left second tarsometatarsal arthrodesis
3. Left medial naviculocuneiform arthrodesis
4. Left middle naviculocuneiform arthrodesis

Do I code these all under 28730 with only 1 unit, or is there another way to code it?
