Hi All,

I really could use some help with this Doc. state RT 1st and 2nd tarsometatarsal arthrodesis. He states in op-note at the base of the 1st metatarsal he reduced the joint and the same for the 2nd he used 28730 x 2. I think 28740 x 2 is the correct code because 28740 states arthrodesis, midtarsal or tarsometatarsal, JOINT. 28730 does not. Who is correct?

Please any help will be very appreciated.
