I am looking for information and articles about how to properly code TBI. Specifically, long lasting conditions patients have related to a previous TBI. How do you properly code for residual symptoms related to a previous TBI and correctly sequence and protray their relationship as such?

Old tbi without specified late effect

The problem is, he doesnt specify a "late effect" just TBI. Would I use V15.59?
