Our physician does radiology guided stenting with the radiologist present, assisting. Our physician is performing the procedure. Would we use TC or 26?
 
If it is the hospitals equipment then you use the 26. but.... I would verify what the radiologist is billing. (ie is he billing the code with No modifier or just the TC?) We run into this all the time at the hospital, they bill the code w/o any modifiers and then we try to bill with there 26 and get denied as it has already been billed. good luck
