Hi All,

I wondered if anyone has successfully billed a 99496, one of the new transitioanl care codes, within the same month as billing home health or hospice care plan oversight?

Based on CPT guidelines both TCM and CPO can't be billed within the same timeframe. Check your CPT book for a list of services that are on the list.
