We have a quick question on TCM, please. We had a patient discharged on Friday 3/6/26 and she was able to see the doctor today, Monday 3/9/26, for a TCM visit. As we had the weekend, we were going to call her today, but she was already seen. Can the doctor still charge a TCM visit since there was no time for a phone call to be made?
I say no since TCM requires there be an initial contact or attempted contact prior to the TCM service. Thanks.
