Hello! I was wondering if anyone has come across the the billing of transitional care mgmt via telehealth. We obviously can't bill the TCM codes, Does anyone know how to get the most reimbursement possible for that situation??

Well, I've read the description out of the book, and it looks eligible to me. However, I haven't checked any lists of eligible codes.

With COVID 19 going on and trying to get people to use telemedicine visits, I have noticed that the requirements to bill services are plan specific by payer.... that might be the best option to check first.
