Please help can you charge a TCM and a AMW on the same day?

I am not finding any information as to why you wouldn't be able to do this, however you're going to run into a problem with modifiers. From my experience, modifier 25 cannot be reported on a TCM without a S or T Px as well. Have you reached out to your manager about this? Maybe they can contact Optum directly for help.
