When a patient comes in for the tb reading we are billing 99211 with a diag of v74.1. I just received my first denial saying dx does not substantiate visit. I was wondering what other practices were doing. Thanks :)
 
Thanks Ladies. I always thought it was included as well but our office manager saw something in a coding alert that said we could bill it so we have begun to do that. I think I will go back and speak with her about it. Thanks again for the input!
