Can someone please help me what cpt to use for a patient over 65? Per Medicare 90715 is only for patients 10-64. The patient came into our office and requested an immunization update. The patient did sign an ABN. Medicare denied as a coding error. They also told me that the ABN is only for medical necessity, so the patient is not responsible. Please help!!
