An adult patient came in for a Tdap today with an evaluation and management service. I am going to bill and E/M with modifier 25 and the immunization 90715 and administration 90471. Which V code do I use for the immunization. I have seen it documented in coding articles as V06.1 and V06.8 which one? Thank you for your input.
