Hi,

This is regarding the IHC, in majority of cases the slides were referred to Genzyme labs or Quest diagnostics etc and the attending pathologist documents "technical only", does that mean the interpretation part was done by attending pathologist and he be assigned with code
88342 or are there any other CPT to be assigned for the service. hoping for a positive reply
