with 2014, the new breast biopsy has bundled the ultrasound guidance into the new code 19083. our outside facility does not have our own radiologist. the radiologist bill from their own group. my question is - how would our facility bill for the technical side of the ultrasound part? since it cannot be separated, would we have to bill the radiology group for the percentage of the ultrasound guidance? or could we bill the 76942-TC? please help!
