If a tee/cv is done thur a defib do we bill as an internal cv using 92961 or the nips code 93642
please help

The last I knew there was not a code to reflect CV thru the defibrillator. 92961 or 92960 do not describe this service so you would need to use the unlisted cardio code 93799.
