The report states a TEE was performed with color and spectral doppler. 93312-26,59,93325-26,93320-26?

Usually providers bill TTE with 93306 CPT code, if medical documentation supports complete procedure, OR 93308 code, if the TTE procedure is a follow up or limited. These two codes are not for congenital cardiac anomalies.
If provider documents velocity mapping, than CPT 93325 could be billed in addition to CPT 93306 code.
If provider documents pulse wave and/or continuous wave spectral display, in addition to 93306 test, than CPT 93320 could be added
