We had a client for an initial PrEP visit who spent 10 minutes on a telehealth call and finished the appt in the office. Our pharmacist sees these patients and would typically bill a 99401 for telehealth. Should she also bill the 99211 for the in-office portion? The patient has BCBSNC. This has not happened before so we aren't quite sure what is appropriate.
