Can someone advise if CPT codes in range 99441-99443 can be billed for Physican Assistant who saw patient instead of MD provider?
 
The CPC guidelines stated that the codes can be used by a physician or other qualified health care professional who may report E&M services, but the insurance carriers may have other ideas!

I have seen some carriers asking for office E&M's, some using the Telephone codes, some stating to use the Video codes....your best bet would be to look up the Telehealth Guidelines for the carrier you are billing.
