Hello,
I have a provider doing telehealth services; when it comes to charging state tax, because she is in Hawaii she would have to charge the Hawaii State tax correct? It is NOT the state the patient resides in, is that correct? I was taught that the tax is based in the state the provider is rendering services. Can someone clarify for me? Thank you!
