Telehealth but patient in office

Hello. Need some guidance with a situation that came up in our office. We had a new patient who had no access to a computer and came into our office to use our computer to do a telehealth video appointment with our provider who was working from home. Would it still be billed as E/M with mod 95 and pos office?
