In 2020, I used 90837 with modifier 95 for telehealth services (Mental Health). This year Cigna has rejected all of my claims. Any suggestions? Do I need to add place of service 02 or 11? Please Help?

Cigna has a new Virtual Care Reimbursement policy as of 1/1/21. You need to check it out to determine any POS & modifier requirements or if they're even still allowing the CPT code. I believe there is a link on the page for behavioral health telehealth as well.
