Wiki Telehealth Denials

I am in Massachusetts and we are starting to see denials for especially group therapy via telehealth. There is a Massachusetts law that requires payers to pay for telehealth services if the same service is covered when done in person.
Is anyone else seeing these, how have you handled them? Thank you!
