I am a bit confused. It was my understanding from Medicare that we can use Modifier AJ ??? or are we billing medicare with modifier GT?
does anyone have any updates for psychotherapy services for psychologists for this new telehealth services being rolled out due to the crisis

The AJ modifier (CSW) has never been required or used by any of the payers (Medicare or otherwise) I've billed to. The fact that the CSW is credentialed with the payer tells the payer that the provider is, in fact, a CSW. Your Medicare Contractor may want it though.

As with pretty much every other provider out there, bill it as if it is happening in the office, just change the POS and add the GT if your payer wants it.
