Telehealth from clinic to clinic

Can we do telehealth visits from a non-rural health clinic to another one of our clinics that is rural health? They are about 5 miles apart. The originating site would be at a clinic on a college and the other clinic would be where our main rural health clinic is. The reason we are questioning is because most of the students there do not have a means of transportation that are staying for the summer and we have pulled our on site provider and only have a nurse at the school. We are just trying to see what our options are to provide service to these students.
