Patient wants to give sample for Covid testing in the community center and before giving the sample he call the physicians to explain about his symptoms from the same community center. Physician talks to patient and confirms that he needs testing. After the phone visit, patient goes for testing. So can we bill for this phone visit? if yes what should be the place of service (not sure if 02 can be used) and documentation requirement.
