What CPT does HPHC require for audio only visits for 2024? There is plenty of info for behavioral health claims but that is not what I looking for. I have tried 9921x and also 9944x, pos as 10 w/ mod 93. Both CPT's are denying. I have tried checking their policy only and I either get an error message, page not found when I click on a hyperlink, or "use appropriate CPT codes" Thanks!!

I don't have an answer for this question, but have one of my own I hope you can answer. Do you bill the audio codes 9944x with POS 10 or 02, rather than 11?
