Telehealth in the teaching hospital setting

Has anyone seen anything that addresses how telehealth should be billed in the teaching hospital setting? One of my doctors asks whether or not the GE modifier can be used with G2012 for all virtual visits where the attending is not directly conducting the visit. I know that the G2012 code is not on the list of codes to use the GE modifier with but I figured that maybe provisions would be made with the COVID-19 pandemic. I've searched to see if there is anything addressing this and I am not able to find anything. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
 
Following. We have the same question. Last I heard, CMS has not put out guidance regarding teaching physicians and telehealth during COVID-19.
 
NGS Medicare had a telehealth webinar Wednesday. The question was posed regarding teaching physicians. They stated at the current time, CMS had not made any changes to teaching physician requirements, but that could possibly change.
