Wiki TELEHEALTH POS 02, 10 OR 03?

Hello,
I am struggling between POS 02 and 10-not so much 03, but thought I should ask. If a patient is receiving telehealth while away at college-which POS would you bill with? What is your rationale behind it? To be more specific, if the patient is away at college but not residing in a dorm but is residing in an apartment etc.

Hi there, unless the payer says otherwise use POS 10 if the patient was in their apartment during the telehealth service. Here's the full descriptor.

The location where health services and health related services are provided or received, through telecommunication technology. Patient is located in their home (which is a location other than a hospital or other facility where the patient receives care in a private residence) when receiving health services or health related services through telecommunication technology.

Thank you!! It seems like such a grey area to me. In what situation would you bill with a 02?
