Hello,

Does anyone have the documentation guidelines for telehealth services? Also If the telehealth service is done by a resident, what are the requirements? Are they the same as a E/M, that the provider must performed the service or be physically present during the critical or key portions of the service furnished by the resident and ● participation in the management of the patient and document as such, and sign off?
