Has anyone used this service? Can it be billed out of Non-rural areas? Can a Nurse Practioner perform service?

Go to www.cms.gov in the search bar type in "Telehealth services" you will find a link to a MedLearn flyer that gives great info for the questions you are asking. Straight from the source is the best info!
 
Thanks Arlene.... I located that fact sheet earlier today but was hoping there was more about non-rural areas that maybe I did not see.
