General question regarding telehealth and patient's locations. I have 2 different encounters where the provider was located in NH and the patient was located in VT or FL. Can this be billed w/the patient being in a different state than the provider? Is there a resource the any one has found outlining the rules when it comes to patient location? TIA!

this depends on the current rules in both states that are involved.
