Our Family Practice Clinic is doing telemed visits. We have had a few patient come in after their appointment for an In House Lab. The Telemed has the location as 02. The Lab has the office location 11. How should these be billed?

My system would split that onto 2 separate claims, but your system might allow for different POS on the same claim.
