one of the Primary Care Offices that is a department of the hospital will be starting Tele Psych. The patient will be in a exam room with speaking via computer with the Pysch provider. What is the place of service and who is the billing provider?
I would appreciate any input on this.

you will be the originating site and will bill the Q3014 code which reimburses about $24. the provider performing the counseling will be the distant site provider and will use the telehealth codes. the POS is 02
 
does it make a difference that the Psych provider is contracted with the clinic?
