I spent a total of 105 minutes reviewing records providing Online Digital Evaluation and Management Services for this established patient during the past 7 days (cumulative time).
(45 min telephone/video plus 60 min reviewing chart, evaluations, administering and interpreting test)
please suggest.
1. if it is a telephone, then that service should be billed on same day only, but they gave the cumulative 45 mins for past 7 days.
2. Any telephone service ended with a EM service - cannot be billed for telephone
3. Video is also the same- where we bill normal OP office visit CPTs but still need clarification.
