Just want some reassurance on this:

We cannot bill for telephone calls for nurses talking with patients, correct?

Are the E/M guidelines for telephone calls changing in 2025? I read this somewhere.

Correct, phone calls with nurses are non-billable. I am not sure if this is changing in 2025 as I am not up to par on the new rules as of yet.
