When a patient calls after hours to the pediatrician, can you bill 99441, 99442, or 99443 and get reimbursement for the call?
 
Yes you may bill these calls as long as the time is documented. Will they be paid by payer? Maybe, sometimes, depends on payer. Can you bill the patient?, Maybe, yes, depends on your contract with the payer.
