Has anyone had any luck in getting paid for these codes? 99441-99443
-thanks

This one is tricky. They revised the codes to say ' pt initiated '... because what happened was the nurses/docs called themselves, they would charge when they initiated it. I HEARD Medicare was going to reimburse, but unfortunately I haven't seen any or maybe my docs haven't billed it lately, I'm not sure. Most insurers, in my experience, do not pay. If it's a non-covered service, you could always bill the patient.
