I know that telephone services can be charged for an established patient, but what if the physician wants to do a phone consult on a patient we have never seen? Can they charge for that? ?99499? Thanks all

I don't see why you couldn't, but if the Provider has never done an Evaluation on the patient before...has never seen the issue first hand...I'd be shocked if the insurance paid for the 99499. :o
