Wiki Televisit Billing Guidelines for Pediatrics

Daily we are getting some sort of new information about Televisit due to the current pandemic. But most of the information is directed towards medicare policies. There is not much clear information about how this can be implemented in general billing, especially for a Pediatric practice. I would appreciate any experiences or suggestions in this matter. Look to your private payers and Medicaid plans for guidance which may or may mirror the Medicare guidance. For example, United Healthcare has issued guidance at https://www.uhcprovider.com/. I know it's a good deal of work to check individual plans but there could be a good deal of inconsistency across the payers.
