Can anyone tell me where I may find templates for employee reviews? I am looking for Practice Managers, Front desk and any other admin positions.

I don't have any specific template for employee reviews - i built a document in Word that i use and i just add to it based on the employee specific job title and/or the tasks they are responsible for working. I have an example attached for your reference. This was my first time creating any kind of objective review for the medical billing specialist position within our practice. I began as the Medical Billing manager with the practice in October 2021. I hope this is helpful to you.
