Hello - I can only find arteritis, unspecified, I77.6. And I'm not sure about the other.

Diagnosis
Temporal artery, left, biopsy:
Temporal arteritis
Moderate intimal fibrosis with disrupted internal elastic lamina
 
Temporal arteritis is usually also referred to as giant cell arteritis which is coded as M31.6. But since it isn't actually documented that way, you may want to get clarification from the physician, or just use the unspecified code I77.6 if that's not an option.
