"distal aspect of the 1st dorsal compartment tendon sheath was identified. I used the FCR tendon transfer to weave through 2 slips of the APL tendon and then back around the distal aspet of the FCR tendon that was left intact. The suspensionplasty was created with 2 weaves around both the APL tendon slips as well as the distal intact protion of the FCR tendon"

use 25310 rather 26480 in this case?

My hand surgeon often does a combo procedure, and bills 25447 for the arthroplasty and 25310 for the tendon transfer
