Good morning all! I was wondering if anyone has had some experience in billing out for TenJet procedures to the knee. Currently we are using CPT code for 27599 for the procedure but we are getting denials from the insurance companies as this type of procedure can not be performed at an ASC. There is no other CPT code associated with the knee. Any thoughts? Could we use 27306?
