If Medicare does not accept code 97014 for a TENS unit tx in the office is code G0283 appropriate to bill for a Medicare pt?

Any help would be appreciated!

That is correct. The G0283 is the appropriate code to use for Medicare with the GP modifier on all the claim lines.
