I bill for a physical therapist, He wants to begin to bill fot tens unit. He states he is only teaching the patient how to use the neurostimulator in his office the first time, so patient can use the neurostimulator at home. Dr states there is a code just to teach the patient on the tens unit device. Its a code he dont know. Neither do I. I have checked all over and only came across codes 64550, 97799, 97530, E0730, A4595. Can someone please advice me as to which codes to use .
