Is there any one who's office does a Mannkopf Testing? If you do, do you have any information on how to bill it, etc. CPT code? We are currently using 93923 but they are getting denied. I inheritied this code and I am currently researching it because VDI is a totally different test. Any information or links would be great!! Thank you in advance! :)
