Wiki Testopel/Estradiol implants same code?

Hi all!

Is it still the case of Testopel and Estradiol being the same HCPCs codes of S0189 or J3490, using the NDC to differentiate?

My manager informed me that they might start getting 100 mg pellets instead of the 75 mg pellets. I looked in the book and can not seem to find any code for these. Does anyone have any information regarding this?

Yes, that is the code we are going to end up billing with. Same code we have always billed with Medicare.
