I have a claim getting denied for 90715 as not a covered benefit under workers comp due to it including a vaccine for whooping cough. The facility in Wisconsin no longer carries the tetanus vaccine alone, under the recommendation of the CDC only the TDAP is given.
So even though he got the whooping cough, can I code 90714? I'm not sure what else to do!
