TFCC and distal radial ligament repair

My surgeon performed a repair of the TFCC and distal radial ulnar joint after removing hardware from the ulnar head which was described as "The wrist was checked in neutral and found to have some laxities rigidly stable on full pronation and supination. Two horizontal 4-0 Ethibond sutures were placed through the medial portion of the dorsal distal radial ulnar joint ligament and tied to the periosteum on the medial side of the ulna. This stablized the ulna head." The surgeon used code 25320 which appears to be more complex for the repair done in this instance. Would an unlisted code better describe this procedure or is there another code better suited. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
