Has anyone seen the fee schedules for the Affordable Care Act? I know there are high deductibles but I want to know what the allowables will be? Will it vary from state to state? Has anyone seen a link on the internet that we can access?? Thanks.
 
I am yet unaware of any CMS or contracted fee schedule change due to the ACA. Payers tend to update their schedules annually, but the impact I've been seeing lately is that certain payers who offer exchange plans are picking and choosing which providers to contract with and eliminating others. We typically negotiate a percentage of CMS's fee schedule for our commercial payers through our membership in the hospital's PHO; which provides much more bargaining power.
 
I was wondering the same thing as all I have really heard is that the site for signing up hasn't been working. Do we know when these plans take effect?
